Arlene’ Bacon & shellfish


  • one pound of sliced bacon, cut in
  • 1 (6 ounces) will crabmeat, drained
  • and flaked
  • 1/4 cup condiment


heat the broiler.

unfold the bacon on an outsized baking sheet. Place a little mound of crabmeat at one finish of every half slice of bacon.

Roll bacon around the crabmeat, securing with toothpicks, if necessary.

Broil the rolled bacon for ten minutes, turning it once to confirm even browning, till equally crisp and browned. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with duck sauce.
