Bacon Butter English Muffins


  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine,
  • softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • four slices of bacon, au gratin and
  • broken
  • 4 English muffins, split


in a bowl, combine the butter and mustard; stir in bacon. Grill the English muffins; spread with bacon butter. Refrigerate Leftovers Butter.
