Bow Tie alimentary paste with Tomato Tuna Sauce

- 1/2 cup whole wheat bread
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black

- 1 (15 ounces) will canned beans
- 1 (6 ounces) can tuna, drained
- two cups of spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese,
