Bow Tie alimentary paste with Tomato Tuna Sauce


  • one (16 ounces) package farfalle (bow
  • tie) pasta
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat bread
  • crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon rind
  • 1 (15 ounces) will canned beans
  • 1 (6 ounces) can tuna, drained
  • two cups of spaghetti sauce
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese,
  • divided


heat a kitchen appliance to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 in. baking dish. Bring a large pot of gently preserved water to a boil at high heat. Stir within the alimentary paste and boil till saute through, however still firm to the bite, concerning twelve minutes. Drain well.
