Green Pepper Tomato dish


  • three medium tomatoes, seeded and
  • cut
  • one medium inexperienced pepper, chopped
  • 1 celery rib, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped purple onion
  • two tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


in a very giant bowl, mix the tomatoes, green pepper, celery, and onion. in a very tiny bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

Stir into tomato mixture. cowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, stirring many times. Serve with a slotted spoon.
