Individual Egg Bakes


  • eight bacon strips
  • one cup ketchup, chili pepper
  • ketchup or condiment
  • 8 eggs
  • salt and pepper to style
  • shredded recent parsley


part cook bacon in microwave or kitchen appliance till concerned halfway done (do not overcook); drain. Spray eight 10-oz. dish cups with the slippery change of state spray. Line every cup with one bacon strip.

Spoon a pair of tablespoons of ketchup or salsa on the prime of bacon. Break one egg into each cup; season with salt and pepper. Place cups on a baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or till eggs reach desired doneness. Let stand a pair of minutes. Run a knife around the fringe of cups; slip eggs out of cups onto a serving platter.

Spoon sauce from the dish cups over eggs. Garnish with parsley if desired.
